This perfect location is convenient to Interstate 25, which will take you to Santa Fe, Downtown Albuquerque, and Sandia Casino/Resort/Spa. Nearby is hiking, the world famous Balloon Fiesta park, grocery and retail shopping, breweries and one of the most amazing public parks the city has to offer, North Domingo Baca Park.

Plenty of space, very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and the location is great. The beds were really comfortable, which is always super important. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and games and toys. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Home was just as advertised and had no problems at all! Fully fenced yard was great for our dogs and the house was nice sized. Star gazing in the hot tub was great and the Sleep Number bed was just what we needed to relax. Great location to get back to the highway but definitely far enough to be in a nice neighborhood. Host suggested a few restaurants which was super helpful!

The house was everything we expected. This was a quick visit to the area to find an apartment for our daughter who will be relocating to the area. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub but the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The home was located within 20 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do while in the area. We will be back to ABQ several times in the future and we will not hesitate to stay here again!

Balloon Fest & Race
This is the most thoughtful house we have ever stayed in, from the night lights, the individually prepared hottub shocks, full length mirrors in every room, local coffee in the cubert and access to plenty of towels and blankets. We prepared all our meals and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. Jake was a fantastic host, always there to help when we had a question. This property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It has all of the amenities of home and is in close proximity to the best attractions and dining the area has to offer. We saw hot air balloons every morning on our drive across town and the hot tub was great to come home to. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond what any host has ever done to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nice big table, needed a few more chairs for visiting family. Comfortable beds. Jake is very quick to respond, though we still had a misunderstanding on dates which cost me over $500, but could have been worse. Wish I didn’t get so many JUNK emails from VRBO, meaning I missed an important one from him! Gorgeous hot tub and great directions for use of the home!
