"The staff was phenomenal, from the valet attendant to the front desk staff to the house keeping staff and pool attendant. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The pool was wonderful! You can eat, drink, lounge, sunbathe and relax at the outdoor roof pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet, we couldn’t hear other guests!! Our car was safe in the underground parking garage which you can pay for valet parking or self park. The only thing I would change is having a higher shower nozzle and put a small fridge in the room. "

"The hotel is clean and staff are great amazing customer service. The room is clean and neat but unfortunately the toilet and sink are clog the water is having a hard time going down. Anyways the breakfast is great there’s plenty of options. The server did an amazing job accommodating us."
