Overall, our stay was good. There are a few things that could have been better… Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and the tub must’ve not been installed properly because there was an area that made a crackling sound when showering. The room door needs attention/some kind of sound dampening because it did not close slowly. It just slammed shut and it was very loud.

The rooms smelled musty. We had to open a window to air out the room. The bathroom tiles were all broken and it felt like the tub might fall through the floor, it creaked when taking a shower. Only 1 elevator worked. The place needs major renovations.

Adel was excellant. She went above and beyound my expection. The ladies cleaning the rooms and the lady maintaining the breakfast bar where extremely sweat and friendly. Only problem i had was a floor tile was loose in the bathroom and I reported to one of the ladies. Easy fix

Staff was friendly, helpful, and evening cookies were outstanding. Area populated by meth heads sleeping on sidewalks in freezing weather when they couldn’t get a room at 6 on government subsidy at Super 8 next door. Everything at convenience store was locked up with security guards glaring at customers. Bought a can of wasp spray to protect us while there.
