If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them. But hey, there’s air conditioning, and if your only goal is to stumble in (preferably drunk) and sleep, for as cheap as possible, you’ll happily get what you paid for. "

"Property was very clean and very well equipped. Swimming pool was good size and very welcome after a hot day's walking or sightseeing. Location was perfect for exploring local area on foot or by car. Susana was the perfect hostess"

"Location was great. We were a bit stressed over parking but it was easy and even if we had to park down the hill it wouldn't have been an issue. The house was as represented and even a bottle of wine to welcome us. Took our folding chairs out the back for sun and a spectacular view up to the castle and village. Highly recommend. "

great stay, well worth a visit

"We really enjoyed the historic aspect of the hotel and the way it has been modernized for comfort, while preserving the historic building. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant and both meals were wonderful. We particularly appreciated the excellent customer service by Rocio in the bar/restaurant and Guadeloupe at the front desk. They both were very friendly and helpful. "
