"The property was perched on the hillside overlooking the Atlantic with gorgeous views of the ocean, beach and hills. It was a short drive to town with many dining and shopping options and centrally located for visiting historic towns and monasteries. We had a lovely stay."

"We loved the house , modern, tastefully decorated. Fab garden and nice and quiet as is the resort. Local beach is 10 mins away by car and stunning. More like a surfing beach as waves are huge. Definitely recommend the house. The resort has a great golf course, some tennis and oaddle courts and a club house. A great week for my family"

The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. "This property is huge and is in an excellent location for exploring this region of Portugal. The views from this villa are just breathtaking and you would never get tired of them. A car is a must as it is located at the edge of a quiet hilltop village but there is lots to see and do within short driving distance in any direction.
