The Llar d'Aitana has a house plus a loft. The loft is 60 square meters, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace. It is on the second floor and is accessed by the only staircase that the house has. There is central heating throughout the house and air conditioning on the second floor and in the kitchen / dining room, living room and library.
