We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. "One of the highest levels of cleanliness I experienced at a hotel - deserves 10 stars. Service also should get a 10 star rating. Great hotel and fantastic location

"Amazing hotel just on the outskirts of the Walled City. Smaller sized but very comfortable rooms. Has everything you could need. Breakfast offering was good. Staff very helpful and polite. One funny point is that you become very accustomed to the local church bell when it rings in the morning, every morning. Thankfully only once but nonetheless a good alarm clock. "
