Ein Reisebett für unsere Tochter haben wir erhalten sowie das WLAN (nach einer Reparatur) hat einwandfrei funktioniert. "The Harz is a very nice area to explore. You can drive for hours and check out all the beautiful towns. The house is nice, we were with 7 adults and 2 babys and the house was big enough for us all. The house is a bit outdated and could use some renovation here and there ( extremely squeeking floors and the shower and bath could use some work) But the beds are nice. Really comfortable and so are the couches in the living. We had a great stay!"

"We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. "The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast offered included a variety of food, and was easy walking distance to the old town. The dinner menu did not offer a variety of good and as expensive. In addition, the bar was closed on the nights we were there."

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again. "
