A fantastic location in the St. James, resort, 450 metres walk to the centre of Praia da Luz. A spacious 1st floor apartment with seaviews, A/C, double bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, TV (Portuguese channels only)
Wi-Fi provided via condominium. There are 2 large pools with landscaped gardens, toilets and a children's play area. During the summer months of 15 June to 15 September a pool supervisor is on duty.There is lift access to the apartment and ample parking space adjacent.

The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you need in kitchen , all utensils etc included. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Just a few more hangers would’ve been good but managed anyway. Lovely view to sea. A short walk to beach. Local bars close by. The shower head was broken when we arrived, we reported it and it was repaired the following morning. Excellent service.

Wir haben uns in dem großzügigen und komplett ausgestatteten Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in Luz ist zentral, ca. 300 Meter zur Strandpromenade und ca. 500 Meter zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Insegesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Tudo ótimo, desde localização, check-in, limpeza, condomínio, espaço do apartamento. Apenas uma crítica em relação à cozinha, que não está muito bem equipada. Tem forno, máquinas de lavar roupa e louça, o que é ótimo, mas não tem um microondas (!!!). Também não há varinha mágica (não consegui fazer sopa para as crianças, tive de comprar sempre). Faltam, também, alguns utensílios menores na cozinha (colher de pau, facas de cortar). De qualquer modo, ótima estadia, as (pequenas) falhas são facilmente resolvidas e recomendo vivamente.

Appartement très spacieux et très agréable avec vue sur mer. Résidence calme et Luz est Familial. Climatisation dans l'appartement très appréciable et superbe piscine. J recommande vivement pour une famille de 4 personnes.

We love Luz and have been there many times over the last 10 years so I am reluctant to have to say but unfortunately this year we were very disappointed with the apartment itself. It was in very poor condition throughout. The balcony, sun table & loungers were filthy and unusable. The bed linen , towels and curtains were ancient and torn so much so that we went out and purchased our own towels for showering. The kitchen crockery again was ancient and almost all of the dishes were chipped. We could not use the air conditioning because there was a bad smell from it. We would definately not stay in this particular apartment again. David & Anne Harrington.

Alles ist wie beschrieben, das Appartement und die Anlage sind unglaublich gepflegt und sauber! Die Vermieter sind immer sehr gut zu erreichen, ob per Mail oder am Telefon! Diese Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder! Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Jessica und Marie
