From the minute this weary traveler stepped foot into the restaurant/pub I knew this would be a huge bonus to my trip other than just a room! The entire staff were amazing! The food was so delicious (especially the DEEP FRIED BUTTER CHICKEN - the lamb shanks, and many other dishes.The rooms were very cozy and the beds are big. I throughly enjoyed my stay .. the only drawback was that the fan on my thermostat didn’t seem to be able to be adjusted..so I assumed it was at a set speed. All in all this American loved the hospitality! Thank you all

"Good value for an all service hotel with decent security. Great location for Covent Garden Oxford St and the City. Staff are always helpful. The restaurant is surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Always pay the premium for the 'superior room' as all rooms are small!"
