"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "The hotel is located in a great, but not really quiet area. It was very convenient - walkable distance to a great deal of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The host and hotel staff are very nice and friendly, always available to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is very cozy, always clean. "The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus. "Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year."

"Excellent location for exploring the city. Large apartment both inside and out. Facilities were of a mixed standard , which added to the quirkiness of the apartment , with everything you need. Four flights an initial challenge, but after a day not an issue - and good exercise. "
