This place is truly a hidden gem in the centre of Alicante! The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. It’s in a perfect location, just steps away from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and there’s even a bus stop nearby with direct service to and from the airport. Everything was super convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend to anyone visiting!

The apartment is very centrally located in the historic district and very close to the beach as well. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, nice shopping stores & grocery stores. Walking distance to main historic sites. Saturday night was an extremely busy night so it got noisy at night but the rest of the nights were quiet. Very nice place.

Excellent. Lovely modern building/apartment. Had everything we needed. Location was excellent. But because it’s so central there is potential for it to be quite noisy in the early hours of the morning. This wasn’t really an issue for me as I was able to get back to sleep quickly.

The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!

Great place to stay while in Alcante

agoWe had an overnight stay in Alicante and found MyFlats through an online search. For the price it sounded too good to be true, but it was! The apartment was very modern and well-appointed with everything we needed - toiletries, linens, fully outfitted kitchen and even a washer/dryer with laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back.

The location is wonderful, the apartment is clean, modern and has great accessibility with everything adapted for any disability. Two things I will point out to be improved and get a 10: get a better mattress for the bed and get a glassy door for the shower.loved my stay and recommend this place.

Great location, clean and modern

It was a nice flat really central in a pedestrian street. It was clean and modern, but flat 1C was a bit noisy due to all AC units motores was next to the window by the bed. Bring earplugs. Sofabed was comfy for 1, not for 2 as we then "rolled" towards the midle and disturbing to be two persons on one matress. Overall very please with the stay. Can be recommended.

Lovely clean and spacious Appartment with 2 bedroom. Location is ideal and you have everything you need around within only few min walk just to note that as a results it can be a bit noisy at night during the weekend. Check-in was a bit confusing. We were told to call one of the 4 numbers provided but got no replies and we did not really know what to do when we arrive. It would have been simpler to tell us to go to the reception Overall, very happy with our stay

Good apartment, ideal locations.

Overall, it was a good experience. I have used Myflats several times and have another trip booked. All of the apartments are of a good standard and in great locations. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that when I asked for more towels, I was made to justify why. We had five people, including kids, staying in an apartment for three nights. 6 towels were provided. This may be fine for some, but having kids who have two showers each a day, the white towels get dirty quickly, and I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for more (without having to explain). A standard hotel would not question this. (We actually needed them anyway, as we used them to stop a flood from the shower).

Check in was great. Thebgirls working there are super nice and helpful. The mattress is very comfortable and the location central. Unfortunately this is where the “luxury” ends. The apartment is a studio, not one bedroom. The bathroom is very big, but empty. Shower overflowing every time it was in use. The walls are full of scratches and marks and the kitchen is not fully equipped at all. The worst part however is the noise! The apartment is just across from a restaurant, with the doors to the kitchen being open all day. So you hear all the machinery on none stop. They throw out all their bottles as 3:30 every night, which is very noisy. You can hear all the other guest’s every move and I didn’t sleep for 3 nights. I actually left 2 days before my stay ended, because I was so uncomfortable there.
