Beautiful apartment in a quiet area and close to everything.
100 m2, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a beautiful living / dining room whose bay window overlooks the Archaeological Museum, so no opposite.
A beautiful viewpoint, where you can see the sea in the distance, and the Castle of Santa Barbara immediately on the right. It is a lively, popular district where you will find all the small shops necessary for your daily life, as well as some very nice little brasseries and other tapas bars;
- 3 mn walk you have the "Plaza del Mar" Shopping Center, with cinemas, restaurants, shops, and "Al Campo" (Auchan),
- 100 m you have the bus stop C6, which is the direct shuttle with the airport, (same stop for arrival and departure),
- 50 m a taxi station,
- 100 m the metro and the tram which runs along the coast to Dénia, passing by San Juan and its long sandy beaches (15 mn) and the famous Benidorme,
 As you walk, you will be 10 minutes from Postiguet beach, 15 minutes from the port and its esplanade, and from the heart of old Alicante, bypassing the Castle on foot you will be 20 minutes from the central market, "Mercado" Or by taking the metro at only one station.
- On both sides of the street two small parks with children's games and benches under the palm trees.
-Just opposite, the Archaeological Museum,
- at 100 m, the entrance to the castle of Santa- Barbara Castle, but it will take you another 20 mn of walk to arrive at the Castle and its point of view impossible to circumvent. A terrace will allow you to take a refreshment. A lift access is right next to the "pont-toboggan" which is on the beach of Postiguet.
- Not far away Salsa, Bachata, gym, pottery classes, information in the folio of the apartment.
- Finally, the Hospital and the entrance of the emergency service are 50 m from the apartment.

The apartment itself is spacious and bright, two rooms each equipped with a bed of 140, a room with two beds of 90. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet. A beautiful living room / dining room will allow you in all conviviality to meet you to share the anecdotes of your day.

Sheets and towels are at your disposal for free, allowing you to travel well and all lightness.
Beach towels are also available.

On the evenings of feasts and fireworks, you will be able to be a spectator of the sky from the living room.

A fantastic apartment for a long stay in Alicante
This is a fantastic apartment. We stayed for two months and have no complaints. The stairs keep you fit, air conditioning not needed as fans and windows on three sides. Not in the centre of the city, but the bus service is incredibly reliable, frequent and cheap. There is a supermarket and mall nearby. The views from the apartment are great, It is fitted out very well with everything you need. Kitchen is big enough to allow cooking at home as the apartment is lovely to spend the evening in. Cannot recommend this place enough

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Well equipped with very comfortable (firm) mattress's. Both local bus and tram stops short distance from apartment. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants and shops all easily walkable. Helpful and timely assistance from an always available host. Excellent.

Fantastic place to stay
What a great apartment- very spacious with everything you could need. The beds were very comfy, leaving well rested for exploring. The apartment is in an ideal position for walking out to the beach, the harbour , the old town and accessing the tram to go further a field. Christelle’s communications and directions made everything run smoothly from her precise directions for the bus from the airport to her supportive messages. Thankyou we had a wonderful time and would certainly consider returning to Alicante.

Great stay in Alicante
We loved living in what felt like a local area yet only a 15min walk to the beach/city. The apartment is spacious. Beds comfy. And the view from the balcony is so good you don't want to leave the apartment 😃. Some days, we didn't! The apartment is very bare, no games/dvd player & no smart TV. So if you need entertainment, bring some. Other than that, it is perfect.

Lovely, Bright and Airy Appartment With Great Transport Links.
Before we arrived Christelle gave us detailed travel plans from the airport to the apartment. These were both accurate and helpful. We were late so we were especially grateful to Dolores for waiting patiently for us to arrive and show us around, which she did with good grace. I have to mention the 4 flights of stairs, but these are well lit and we managed without any issue. The apartment itself is much larger than the pictures suggest. On entering there is a large open plan sitting and dining area, with 2 large sofas, a lovely big 55-inch LG Smart TV and a large 8 seat dining table all on marble flooring. One side of the room was open to nice sunlight with wide opening patio doors with sunshield and electric shutters. The balcony while not large did not feel cramped and had nice views of the museum courtyard. The impression was of modern elegance. I have to say the internet connection was the best I have ever experienced away from home. Constant 50Mb without any dropouts or any such nonsense. The rest of the apartment was accessed through a corridor down one side of the property. Three large bedrooms, a well fitted kitchen with dish washer and 2 small bathrooms, each with a shower. I have also to say that on day 3 we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Yes, I know! Christelle could not have been kinder and Delores was quick to the rescue. All in all, I can heartily recommend this apartment.

Our experience with Christelle & this property was brilliant from start to finish, it’s exactly as described and Old Town Alicante is on a 15 minute walk away. Gem in Alicante
Had a wonderful few days staying in this great apartment overlooking the archeological museum and palm park with stunning views of the castle which looked magical lit up at night. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The apartment was light and airy with plenty cool air flowing through even in scorching hot August. Washing machine was a bonus. Well situated with only a 10 min walk to a huge shopping centre with plenty shops and restaurants and a hypermarket and also only 10 mins to the beach and port. We didn't meet Christelle but she was in regular contact with detailed information and always responded immefiately. Dolores met us on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

A wonderful and memorable week's stay!
We loved Christelle's apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has the most wonderful views, especially at night with the castle lit up! Everything that we needed was just a short walk away. The apartment is well equipped, lovely and clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, light and airy. We found Christelle to be ever so helpful and quick to respond with any information we wanted. Excellent and comfy accommodation
We spent 15 nights at the apartment and everything was spot on. Its location is in a mostly residential area( with small shops, a spar and bakeries) but transport links (tram) are fantastic. Very close to large shopping mall (Plaza Mar 2). The supermarket there is enormous. Our host was particularly helpful and informative. Alicante old town is beautiful and with the tram you can travel the entire coast to Benidorm and beyond. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful spacious apartment with all the small details - Perfect!
Christelle was super friendly and informative from the very beginning. My friends and I had a faboulous break with everything we wanted. We spent time relaxing at the apartment as well as sight seeing and the beach. This place is not suitable for young party animals or people with mobility issues as it is on the 4th floor and in a nice residential area. We loved having things close by but not right in the busy tourist centre. The balcony was great to sit and relax we enjoyed the sun and breeze equally. Checking in and out was simple with no issues, I could not fault our stay. Thank you Christelle and of course Dolores : )

Bright, modern apartment
We enjoyed our stay in Christelle’s apartment very much. It is modern, bright and airy and is located right across the road from the museum. Great view to the castle. A large supermarket is right around the corner and you can walk to Plaza Mar 2 in less than 10 minutes which had a great selection of shops. The tram station is very close but we always walked into the city centre, about a 20 minute stroll. The airport C6 bus also stops very close by. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Everything you could want is in the apartment including beach towels, beach umbrella, cool box / esky, and shopping bags. Christelle is so friendly and helpful and was always contactable by WhatsApp. Our flight was delayed by an hour but there was no problem meeting the caretaker who let us into the apartment. The only thing to note is that the apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is no lift so it would not suit some people. However, we appreciated the bit of exercise. Alicante is a great spot for a holiday. All the benefits of a city along with a fantastic beach and so much history too. Our two teenagers really enjoyed it. Loads to do but also very relaxing if that’s what you want.

Very central apartment with great views over castle from the huge windows . Comfortable beds.
This is a great apartment for location . Bar Q over the road in the museum grounds was open early to late every day for breakfast , lunch and dinner . Some of the other restaurants close by were not open yet but early in the season . Could have done with spare towels and instruction manual as to location of transport , supermarket , opening hours, etc . We arrived on a Sunday so didn’t know anywhere to buy milk or basics until Monday morning as shops were closed . However by the end of the week we had found our way round . Overall a good experience but a bit more information readily available in the apartment would have been a bonus as the lady who let us in was lovely but we couldn’t understand what she was explaining to us . We need to learn Spanish ! Christelle was always available to message and replied as soon as she could but if some of my first messages didn’t go through . We found the tram stop and went to villa joyosa which was a fabulous day out . Also the tourist bus stops near the apartment do information like that would have been really useful . Would recommend though as over time I’m sure small changes will be made to improve the experience as Christelle is very keen to help .

Brilliant apartment, light, bright and very sociable for a group.
We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. A bit of a walk to the centre or beach, but it wasn’t a problem and there are cafes and bars on the way. Would definitely recommend and would stay again, very good value.

Fantastic property with excellent facilities and close to everything
We stayed at Christelle’s apartment for 15 nights and it was fantastic . The facilities are top notch all modern and new and the apartment is so comfortable .the WiFi was great as we just signed into Netflix and we could watch movies in the evenings once we came in after a full day out in Alicante or we travelled all over to different areas . We did not us a car we used all public transport and it was so easy . The coach , train , and trams are all on hand and so easy to use . The supermarket is 5 mins down the Rd and you have the shopping mall there too . The view from the apartment is amazing . You are not overlooked and it’s very private . The apartment is quiet and nobody bothers you . We had the windows and doors opened in the lounge at it was so bright and airy . Christelle is very attentive and only to pleased to help with any questions you may have about the inside or outside the apartment . We will definitely be returning to the apartment on our next visit to Alicante .

Spacious apartment for the four of us, near to the facilities
The apartment is in a great position not overlooked by other apartments. We spent New Year here and so there was a huge Christmas tree in the museum grounds all lit up. We were very lucky with the weather - early 20 degrees and so did a lot of walking around Alicante. We were rather impressed with Alicante - much better than we thought it was going to be. The beaches were great too and lots of good restaurants. We visited the castle which is nearby - this should be the top of your list to visit. All in all the facilities were very good. The one disadvantage was it was 4 floors up but we were aware of that when we booked. Lastly, Christelle's help and advice was top notch. Couldn't have asked for more. She answered by return and gave so many pieces of advice. Thank you Christelle.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located.
There are stunning views from this lovely spacious and well equipped comfortable apartment. It is really well located for strolling into the centre or minutes from tram stop if you prefer. Supermarket just around the corner. Spend an evening with a glass of wine on the balcony and soak in the views, you'll love it here, we all did. The owner Christelle is amazing at communicating and gives lots of contact to ensure her guests have all info they need, this was a huge plus for us. No confusion with collecting keys, bus stop from airport less than five minutes walk to apartment.

Great Time in Alicante
I really recommend this apartment with super landlord carer alway was there when we needed her. Nice and spacious, fresh and clean plus has everything you need. August is super hot in Alicante - small minus is the apartment has no air-conditioning, anyway landlord without any question bought us 3 big fans after we asked. We mange to survive :). Perfect location for buses/trams/airport coaches and food stores/supermarkets/pubs. About 15 minutes walk to the beach which is not bad. Breezy, new apartment with wonderful view view and easy walk to everything
Of course I can't know for sure, but my guess is that Christelle's apartment must be the best in Alacante! Because: The view is awesome, and with the museum across the street you have extra room around the apartment, providing privacy and opening up for a breeze. You can even see the ocean from here! There is a nice, breezy terrasse where you can sit and enjoy the view at all time of day, but since the livingroom is so big and bright with large windows that can be opened most of the way you get a feeling of being outdoors even sitting inside. Lovely! The apartment is facing East, which makes it as cool as possible (obviously we stayed in the summer!) The breeze makes the apartment airy throughout the day so you can avoid air conditioning and enjoy the fresh breeze instead (It got a bit warm at night but I think Christelle is putting in little fans and that will make everything perfect). It appears newly renovated - everything is tile, clean, with fresh air and free from clutter, new appliances and beautiful bathrooms with elegant tile work (I know! You're not on vacation to study bathrooms (hopefully not) but I couldn't help myself enjoying the tiles floors in the showers) It's in easy walking distance from EVERYTHING - and I mean EVERYTHING, no compromise. The mall with awesome supermarket, airport bus stop, tram stop, road entrance to the castle - all 3-5 min. away. The beach 10 min. The covered market and old town 15-20 min walk away. Even the train station is within easy reach, probably 30 min. Couldn't be easier. You really don't need a car, but if you rent one, there is covered parking for 10 euros pr day right around the corner. Plus off street parking if you're brave, lucky and good at parking. On top of it, Christelle, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful and provided us with so much useful information and was always available if needed (She does not live in Alicante but has a local lady taking care of everything). We arrived in taxi, left with the airport bus and rented a car midways, had a trip on the tram and walked just about everywhere - and everything was easy peasy. We had a wonderful stay and I can very highly recommend this apartment.

A wonderful place to stay!
We were lucky enough to be the first people to stay in Christelle’s apartment in Alicante and had a fantastic stay. We had visited the city a number of times before and can safely say this was the best stay yet. The apartment is finished to a high standard with a lovely living area and balcony, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s even a dishwasher and washing machine! There is a smashing supermarket less than 5 minute’s walk and a number of local bars and restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the old town is a similar distance (we timed them both). The balcony is a lovely place for breakfast or unwinding in the evening with its view over the museum and towards the Castle of Santa Barbara. Christelle couldn’t have been more helpful and made our stay a pleasure from beginning to end. We’d thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Amazing stay at Christelles beautiful apartment
The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped and cozy. Comfortable beds and great view from the balcony. There really is not one single thing we could complain about.
