The best aspect of my experience staying at Exe was being greeted by the warm smile and friendly disposition of one staff member-Rene at breakfast. The location was also fine. The rest of the stay was mediocre and unsatisfactory. The internet was extremely slow and unreliable and since I required a reliable internet service for work, this was unacceptable. There were also not enough power sockets available, so this was inconvenient. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, it was the first hotel I ever stayed where the basics were not provided-these include a kettle, with tea/coffee and no ironing board. This is unusual since even 2 star hotels provide this. Also expedia advertised that the hotel provides laundry which was one of the reasons I chose the hotel but there were no laundry facilities. The breakfast itself was ok but the bread offered was stale. I would seriously advise expedia to review it's 4 star rating as the hotel is definitely not 4 star-a very weak 3 star is the best I can say.

Everything was great. The only problem was the AC kept turning off by itself. But overall a good place to stay.

For our room size and hotel location, we absolutely loved our stay! Our room was overlooking the strip and only a 5 min drive to the strip. Parking was free and easy. The room renovations definitely helped! We'll be back! I didn't give 5 🌟 b/c hair was found in the bathroom and on a towel and when we requested fresh towels, they were not brought up within 1 hour. Also, there is currently still a lot of loud construction around the lobby & casino.

Fontainebleau is a gorgeous new facility, located at north part of strip. The hotel staff is extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The public places are stunningly beautiful, flower displays and other art greet you at entrances. The pools are incredible. Lots of umbrellas and over 21 pool as well. Incredible food options as well. Check out vida if you stay. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Love the color scheme here. Easy taxi ride to other attractive or talk a long walk. We will be back.

We arrived for a dance competition and stayed at the hotel for a full week. We enjoyed the rooms (we took a suite) and the amazing service. The hotel is new so the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again.
