"We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed,...

"Juan Carlos’ house is a lovely property. Nicely modern, but with lots of historic features. The pool is fairly small, but great for us and our four children to plunge into to cool off in the 42 degree heat. Bedrooms were good sizes. Kitchen was not large, but was well equipped (a larger bin inside would be good). Would also be lovely in winter due to wood pellet burning stoves throughout. Village is fairly small, but some lovely restaurants and smaller bars. Cheap to eat out. No good...

"This apartment was perfect for our stay in Mérida. There were only two adults staying, so there was more than enough space. We enjoyed the Picasso themed decor. There is no elevator in the building, but we didn't anticipate any problem carrying our bags up a few flights. (Lucky for us, Santos's assistant met us and helped carry the bags upstairs.) "Got a single room at a good price, half what you'd pay in Seville. In a good location opposite the bullring. No noise, despite being on main road. However, the double bed made the room cramped. Bedside table prevented the sock drawer below the wardrobe from opening. Bathroom also cramped. No shelf for toiletries etc. Staff helpful, but told that there was no bus to the bus station and given info on taxi's. Wrong! Bus D stops at rear of hotel and goes right to bus station every half h. Fare 90c."
