"Hotel is in the heart of amsterdam. Very clean. Staff are on hand 24/7 and really friendly. Rooms are exactly what you pay for. Beds are a little small for a man like me but i knew what id paid for as this is my 3rd stay here. Overall 9/10. Only gripe is they could do with a drinks vending machine for late at night. But thats me being lazy as there is a mini mart a 2 minute walk from the hotel or you can buy at the bar. Food and drinks very reasonably price. 10/10"

"This was my first time in a hostel, and I had a lot of reservation about it, but I felt very safe and comfortable there. The price is/was fair and the staff was professional and kind. The facility is very clean, and security is very reliable as i was staying in an all girl room. I would definitely book again. "

"The staff and other guests treated me very warmly and made me feel as though I could ask for help if needed. The resident feline added the extra cosy touch, and having a Lidl on the doorstep is a very convenient and inexpensive alternative to city restaurants."

"Property is well located for sightseeing and on a busy street with a supermarket and plenty of food options. Staff were friendly enough and bag store was there for keeping luggage safe after checkout etc. It is run down though and if you dont like steep stairs then it's not one to visit (though this can be said of most Amsterdam hotels). "ITS for the Younger Ones. Students. Traveller & Tourists. The Staff ist nice & friendly. For me IT IS No alternative to a Hotel. The cabins very small and Always there is not so quiet. Every Time someone is running. Lights Out. Lights in. I sleep only 4 Hours. ITS remind me Like a Journey with the Class in school when i was fourteen. 😀"

"Unfortunately due to the restaurant next door the whole room smelt of curry including our sheets. The bathroom was mouldy and felt unclean. The bed was really comfortable When we walk our room a rat was in the room next to us which freaked us out and ruined our last night "

"I booked this hostel because it was closest to where my son lives. It's in a lovely neighbourhood with loads to do in the evening and good transport links into the city and convenient for visoting my son too. My room was large and very clean, and was cleaned daily during my stay which I hadn't expected. The staff are really friendly and it was perfect!"
