"This is really a lovely hotel definitely 4 or 5* the staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Throughout the whole hotel was immaculate at all times, despite never once seeing a house keeper during our 3 night stay. A 24 hour reception desk, a gorgeous, fully stocked bar and amazing separate restaurant. In a very convenient and safe location, with easy access to various public transport options and routes, a large selection of shops and some restaurants near very close by. Couldn't fault this hotel or our stay at all."

"This is a beautiful old hotel with classic marble and wood decor, which does show its age a bit but in a charming way. The location is close to the station which was handy for an early flight. The rooms was a very good size for Amsterdam, it was well equiped with good coffee, excellent bathroom. The price was very good for this quaility of hotel. Above all the staff were fantastic. I would definately stay here again, and recommend it to others."

"Everything Great, apart from smoking area out the front of the hotel, for smokers its uncomfortable, cold and embarrassing and for non smokers its not nice to be greeted by cigarette butts and smoke as you enter and not a good look for the hotel. Needs one at the back of the hotel "
