"Got to Hotel for 3pm staff already to meet us very pleasant told us everything we needed to know . Room was tidy warm very happy . Breakfast was good very nice gentleman explained about what was what and were to find everything we needed. Very nice stay "

It is a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return, however, two things stopped us from rating it as 5 stars. The first was a member of the reception staff (normally situated on the screen at the end of reception close to the lifts). "A lucky find! Convenient location, close to Leytonstone underground station. Perfect as we had tickets for ABBA Voyage. We booked three rooms, all slightly different, very comfortable, lovely decor. Had food in the pub, typical pub food, reasonably priced. We would definitely return."

"Did not like how the shower was with the water running straight to the floor and not the drain and would need to put a towel to soak up the water. The hotel was conveniently located to all shops and 10 min walk to the station which was perfect for me."
