"This hotel surpassed our expectations. We had read good reviews, particularly of the service, but we were not prepared for such a wonderful welcome. We arrived a little early but Christophe immediately went to see if the room could be prepared for us as soon as possible and gave us a very welcome coffee while we waited. "The first night we stayed we would award top marks, but on or return 4 days later the second room was not as good. It was not as clean, the shower screen support was loose, the tv was hanging and not working properly. The furniture on the terrace was very dirty, we cleaned it before we could sit down. We were served a meal in our room, but thought that the dirty dishes would be removed, but they remained until we signed out"
