"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were there in the off season and arrived in a heavy rain and the staff made the check in process easy. We did an excurision for the hotel in a long boat to the islands with our guide Pong. I highly recommend it was great experience swimming in the lagoon, enjoying the beach and observation tower. "The welcome is lovely, the hotel feels small and boutique. Room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom dated. However, beds were comfortable and balcony space was huge with a fan. Pool area is small but well maintained and the views are exceptional "

"The property is beautiful and quiet with a great bar area and restaurant. It has all the expected amenities but the rooms are rather dark. Rooms are clean, employees are helpful and kind. They allowed us to store bags after our stay ended and helped with any transportation. The views were beautiful! "

"Our 5th stay here. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful & very well tended gardens, lots of colourful birds & odd monitor lizards wandering around! As well as 2 super pools there’s are large lawns with shade which lead directly onto an attractive long beach.( Only negative is that people come early and reserve beds with towels then go off & return a couple of hours later, l know the staff try to monitor but it is annoying). We absolutely LOVE this hotel 💖

"Second time staying at this hotel, we came back because it was so good the first time. The room was immaculate, we were lucky to have a bottle of champagne and flowers on our arrival following our recent engagement, our family arranged this but we thought it was a lovely gesture of the hotel to offer. The staff are incredibly friendly and so quick to assist, they are always happy too. Happy staff = happy guests. There’s two pools, location is great. Out the way of the noise from the town but a 5-10 minute walk away if you wanted to go there. Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel and if we return to Krabi we will definitely stay here again. 10/10 from us! "

"Our 5th stay here. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful & very well tended gardens, lots of colourful birds & odd monitor lizards wandering around! As well as 2 super pools there’s are large lawns with shade which lead directly onto an attractive long beach.( Only negative is that people come early and reserve beds with towels then go off & return a couple of hours later, l know the staff try to monitor but it is annoying). The sea is clear. Boat trips can be taken & some water sports run by hotel. Rooms are of a good size, spotlessly clean thanks to delightful cleaning staff, with reasonable size bathrooms, a coffee machine, kettle & small fridge. There are 2 restaurants an Italian style & Asian food, with lighter meals at a bar all excellent. There’s also a beach bar open later in the day. The breakfast is super with a great variety. There’s a reasonable sized gym but could probably do with a couple more treadmills as they were popular. For a change it’s a quick walk onto main road which has many restaurants. A well stocked 7/11 & couple of small shops. There’s a good laundry place & taxi rank. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

Great for kids!

"Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much! The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it."

"Absolutely exceptional! Such an amazing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff! The pool was amazing, the rooms were clean, I have nothing bad to say! The location is a little out of the way but just a short walk from all the action and I liked being away from the craziness while still being close by. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I can’t sing their praises enough! Highly recommend! "
