"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. However, there are no glasses in the rooms, they don't even put a bottle of water, and the bar service in the lobby is not professional. I paid $100 for a bottle of white wine in the lobby bar and they didn't even serve me the wine in a glass, and they didn't put the bottle on ice...the service at the bar is terrible!"
