"Clean and very nice staff"

"The Holiday Inn Express in Villa Rica was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and had everything I needed while I was there. The staff was excellent. One night when I was coming in late the sweet receptionist offered me coffee. When I told her I did not drink coffee she said they also had tea and even took me over to see that I found everything I needed to make it the way I liked. The check in was easy along with the check out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was huge, 54 inch at least. The room was a little cramped but my only real complaint was I booked a room with two queen beds but we got two full size beds."

"The resort was absolutely beautiful. I was able to see a few different rooms… they were very nice. The room that I was in was in need of updated decor but it was clean. "

"Just a stop along the way on a long road trip. Hotel was fine and I’d probably stay there again. My room was a little beat up with dents and a small hole in the bathroom door. They weren’t full so I don’t know why they put me in a room with obvious damage - it makes a bad impression. "

"Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!! "

"It was our sister's yearly Christmas get away. We really enjoyed the cabin being decorated for Christmas. It was a beautiful close by Carrollton and we are looking forward to returning."
