"Hotel is as beautiful as advertised, if not more. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were really spacious, modern and clean. Also the restaurant food was amazing."

"Fantastic Hotel, loved where it was situated, Room 102 was. Superior room, Only issue was the noise of the Trams and scraping down stairs of chairs, Tv not very good overall Will definitely return, booked Uber on Phone whilst outside airport departures and you get in any uber car giving them a PIN walked everywhere, loved it, bars are cheaper this part of Prague, food places this side close around 10"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"The Galileo is a beauitful building with a grand facade, big rooms but there are dated and tired looking. Asked reception a couple of questions but the answers were limited. Also no milk for a hot drink in room, when i asked reception, the answer kitchen is closed!"

"The staff made sure I had a great stay for my birthday, with Budi from reception making a superb dinner recommendation/reservation for our party as well. Beautiful views of the river/Charles Bridge, very walkable, and excellent service by everyone. I would definitely stay here again!"
