"The hotel is clean and quiet, though the deco is out dated in the room. One thing I found that the Expedia website makes the saty seems you can use the gym and spa is included in the price, but in fact you need to pay £15 per day extra. The gym is run by other establishment. Even as VIP from Expedia do not have the free access. The room card keys is made from wood is a nice touch."

"Well located. Waterloo Station is very convenient. The only issue was the fire alarm rang a few times. There was no public address system to let guests know it was a false alarm. If there was a PA system, they didn’t use it. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. "

"This is a great hotel, my first time to London. I booked when I got to the airport, got to the hotel OMG the staff were soooo nice didn’t matter who was on duty they were all very nice and helpful. On this occasion we left my husbands medication in the mini fridge and when we called just a couple of hours after check out to let them know and that we could come back to collect it we were told it was not there.
