"Excellent hospitality. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Breakfast at Cafe Knosh was the highlight of my stay and the staff made it all the more special. Kudos to Nitin Ratolia for his awesome hospitality and Chef Himanshu for directing his staff to make his speciality items for me during my stay. Special mention for Pankaj at Dilli 32 as well for the one time I had dinner. I definitely plan to stay at this property next time I visit India. I enjoyed every bit of my time despite some initial hurdles at the time of checkin (and minor maintenance issues during the stay that were promptly taken care of though) which was totally overshadowed by wonderful hospitality and friendliness of the staff."

"I stayed twice in Aloft New Delhi near airport. The staff was amazing, food was very nice and good room service. Bed was very comfortable and I could rest well. Wish I had stayed for more time. One thing specifically touched my heart here was, there were a few deaf and mute folks in staff doing great work, and when they were stuck other staff were helping them, wish more workplaces behaved this way."
