"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). "the onsen was seriously the highlight of the trip, and the staff was extremely helpful in helping me when I left something in my previous hotel, even though they didn't have to.
