"We had an unique experience staying here. Shoes ares kept in lockers next to hotel entrance. We walked on the soft, comfortable tatami throughout the hotel common area. The hotel provides mechanic car park - which is helpful, so we don't have to worry about our car being subject to snow or cold. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The check-in and check-out process was swift, and the staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions. The hotel's location is perfect, being conveniently near the train station. My only issue was with the WiFi; it was quite unstable and slow. "Hotel was about a 15 minute walk from railway station. Check in was good. We had room 815 it was facing the water. Beds firm and were able to get bigger firmer pillows. Room size was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choices."

"We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. This is a nice hotel right beside the high speed train close to ski hills. It has everything you need including an Onsen (if that is your thing). Rooms were clean and quiet"
