"It was good for a hostel and the price. Great location to explore Paris and looks just as advertised. The problem with places like this is other guests there, one person kept opening the windows even when nicely asked not to so they could dry their clothes(in 0 degrees, winter weather) I tried to ignore but ended up with catching a cold- they also left a mess in the private bathroom washing the clothes. "Birthday celebration (big birthday) trip with my twin...and a cousin joined from Germany...we had adjoining rooms with a view of the neighborhood street......LOVED the central location, the proximity to Notre Dame and everything we wanted to enjoy, the super convenient airport transfer to and from the hotel, the cheese shop across the street, the comfortable clean rooms, the charming breakfast and service by Moses, all the charming helpful reception personnel..day and night, the wonderful end...

Great location - near a main Metro station, surrounded by higher end patisseries, ice cream, restaurants and confectionaries. "Absolutely excellent boutique hotel, steps away from Bastille metro station. Transport is excellent and there are some very good shops, restsurants and cinemas in the area. I stayed in a single room which was beautiful. It had William Morris Wallpaper, a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Some of the rooms have views of the eiffel tower! "First, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. Once you walk out of the side street, you can find all the shops for almost anything you need - food, clothes, bar, pharmacy etc. The Le Marais area is really one of the nicer neighbourhood in Paris. I could walk over and cross the Seine to the Saint Germaine area quite easily from the hotel. The hotel receptionist was polite and I had a smooth check-in and check-out.
