"My check-out time was 12pm. I went to the front desk requested to check-out at 3pm. Front desk staff said I had to pay $150 to stay until 3pm smh. So the only option he gave me was 1pm check-out for free. The reason why I wanted to stay couple hours longer because my flight departure was at 11pm. Cleaning person was very help. "Everyone is very friendly. I’d say make sure you know basic Portuguese, as communication is difficult outside from reception. It was very close to the beach, they provided beach towels so it was really nice to have that. "
