"We booked about 30 minutes before arrival. Then were very happy to be given an upgrade. Receptionist was very helpful and loaded with or persuaded the restaurant to let us book in for 8.45. Very busy for a Tuesday night. The upgraded room could have been lovely but unfortunately had a very strong smell of smoke. We also noticed many marks up the walls. Still a comfortable room though. "
