"Everything was good except: the bed frame is square and solid. The mattress is curved. I twice hit my shin on the corner. The second time I broke the skin and had blood dripping down my leg and onto the floor. I suggest that you put a padded cover over the corners at the foot of the bed."

"Super fun retro vibe. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The location was convenient, quick and easy to get downtown restaurants or to nearby breweries. They served good morning coffee in the office. Our only complaint is that the door to our didn't always work. We're thinking that it was due to the cold. We came back to our room after dinner and the door was ajar. When inside the room you could use the deadbolt to keep the door closed."

"The hotel staff was wonderful, the room was cleaned, a little dinged up and some repairs could be done. The breakfast was great and I appreciated the upgrade! The not so good was the floor in our room was soaked I assume from snow, so our socks and slippers got wet which made it a little uncomfortable to get up and walk around. "

"All in all the experience was good. The only odd issue I had were the lights in the room. One light never seemed to work. Two light, on each side of the bed, didn't always turn on. While the room itself was nice, I could tell that parts of the hotel hadn't been vacuumed or clean."

"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. My son got sick the last night and threw up all over the carpet. I tried to clean it the best I could but could not remove the smell. The night lady, Corine, allowed us to change rooms so we could get some rest before the long trip home. Excellent service!"

"The kids really loved the water slide. The pool itself isn't that big, so we had to be watchful of the teenage boys shooting out at the bottom of the slide, but that was no problem. Everyone loved it. LOL except the next day when a pipe broke and it flooded! the main floor, but the staff got it cleaned up really fast. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and we had three rooms. "I like this place but the male clerk was hard to hear and I had to ask him a few times to repeat. I did not like that they put us so far away from the door and then after 4 in of snow, the walkway was not done and our shoes were soaked."
