"Had a great stay for 1 night. We enjoyed free chairs and umbrellas on the beach and had an amaxing sea view from our room.We loved the roof top bar and were able to use the room until 2pm at no extra cost Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very helpful."

"I thought the Pool was a little to small. The staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency. It didn't appear busy, but it took 20-30 minutes to get a Moscow mule and a coke. On our last day we actually left and went to another restaurant outside the hotel. Other than that it was excellent, from the staff, concierge and the cleanliness. If recommend this place to anyone"

"Great hotel in a great location - clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure. Breakfast was also great - weirdly they charge for coffee (Nespresso pods) they put in the room - rather put cheaper coffee in and don’t charge for it?"

"Everything about this hotel was excellent! Great location, amazing food and drink and friendly, helpful staff. I’d highly recommend staying on Ipenema beach over Copacabana, it has a much more chilled out vibe and was a lot cleaner, plus it was only a 5 minute walk around the cove (via the street) if you did want to go to that side. The promenade felt safe to walk along and you could eat breakfast right beside the beach. Don’t look for any other hotels, just book this one!"

"Staff got me a room at 11am on the day of check in, way earlier than the regular check in time, that is awesome because I needed some sleep from a redeye flight. I checked out at 12pm but stored my luggage and they have shower facility for a fee of less than US$3 which is very inexpensive. The breakfast was awesome, so much selection in the buffet. The pool is small, I did not use but the steam room on the rooftop one floor above the pool works really good. I’ve been to Rio 11 times and I stayed...

"Ipanema Inn is at a perfect location between the beach and all the shops and restaurants of Rio. Staff here are amazing and thoughtful. The food and drinks are top notch. Highly recommend! "

"Room was nice but my bed had sand under the covers when pulled back. Everything else was clean and comfortable. Had lots of USB plugs in room. Nice furnishings. Breakfast was good and plentiful."
