"Room was good, clean and tidy. Good location. However overlooking pool and building works going on. Room service was good, took care regarding food alergies but took a bit of time to arrive. Massage spa facilities was excellent. Hair salon was simple but nice and provied good service but a little expensive. Lobby was nice."

"The property was nice overall. I saw but did not visit the pool and tennis court and basketball court. Staff was polite and respectful. The two towers were pretty much identical but one was an apartment and one was the actual hotel. The shower door couldn’t close properly so water would run outside the shower and make puddles on the bathroom floor. Some mold was noticed in the shower ceiling. "

"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "
