"When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....

"What a little gem. The property is situated behind the shop and pub, but you wouldn't know it, it's so quiet! It has everything you need and feels very spacious with the vaulted ceilings. Great hotel, just a few issues

"Good hotel, room was nicely presented and clean. Pressure from the shower wasn’t great and floor was very slippy when getting out. The fan on the wall randomly started making a loud noise at 7.30am which woke us up! Very squeaky floorboards so can hear every movement from room above. Overall thou we had a pleasant stay and breakfast was good value. "
