"The staff was fabulous! Per my previous request, a shower chair was put into our shower. When checking in, we were offered an accessible room if necessary, and were asked to please let them know if there was anything else we needed. They were always friendly and willing to help. "

"location was perfect for the event we were going to and had lots to offer in terms of supermarkets and restaurants. also the coffee from the bar in reception is really nice. hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful if needed. so much space in the room. bathroom was great. the only thing was the temperature control in the main room wouldn't go up so was slightly chilly."

"We stayed at the property from October 18th to October 20th, 2024. The website stated that complimentary water would be provided, but when we checked in, we were not given any despite asking multiple times. The staff seemed careless about our request and ultimately provided only one bottle of water for our two-day stay. We had to sleep all night thirsty without drinking water, and since it was late, we could not get water from nearby shops."
