The house is fully equipped: dishes, pans, fridge, washing machine, sheets, towels, dryer, TV, sofa, built-in wardrobe. It has a community pool. It has direct access to the street. Easy parking at the door of the house. The town of Cabo de Gata has supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The house is approximately 20 minutes from Almería International Airport. It is also close to El Toyo, approximately 15 minutes, a pub and entertainment area. In addition, other activities available in the area are kayaking, cycling, hiking, diving, as well as good routes for jogging or running. The Cabo de Gata beach is sandy and has a lifeguard service, showers and disabled access.
