"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! "

"It was lovely we hiked a lot , Pagosa Hot Springs did a little tubing down the Rio Grande! Did a fair amount of hot tubbing in the evening. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do! The cabin was nicely, nestled and felt very private."

"The house was very nice and clean. There are just two of us, so we only used the downstairs. I took a peek at the upstairs and there was lots of room for at least four more people. We went to several nearby lakes and caught fish. The river behind the house is beautiful and very accessible for fishing. We are older and wading is a thing of the past for us but I would imagine the fly fishing is wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

"Overall a pleasant place to stay for a few nights. The little cabin was clean and cozy. The down side is the traffic on Wolf Creek pass can be heard inside the cabin. There is a black widow living under the wood burning stove. The bathtub is very slow to drain. I would book this for a weekend getaway again. "

I rented 2 cabins for this stay, Champoluc for my family and The Sequoia for my grandparents. Unfortunately my grandparents were unable to use the sofa and chair in the living room, as they are elderly and were unable to get out of either due to them being so worn and caved in. "Great location and facility! The river is right outside your back door. Also reasonably priced. We had two couples and one single so each group had a floor to themselves. Close to Creed where they have top notch professional theare. We went in mid August so just know that at the end of the summer there are very few restuarants open in the evening at Creed or South Fork. I would definately suggest this place for families and large groups."

"Really nice person at the front desk at check-in! Room hadn't been vacuumed well as there were several rocks and dirt on the carpet - bathroom floor was a little dirty w other people's hair and a plastic clothes pin. Shower had excellent pressure though, and beds we're comfortable. I'd def stay here again"
