"Always fun place to stay "

"The staff was incredibly helpful. I was impressed with Raquel at the front desk. I got a little turned around, when driving to hotel, even w/GPS. I called hotel and Raquel stayed on the phone with me, to guide me and make sure I made it to the hotel safely. I found that very impressive and professional. I got nothing but sweet smiles from the entire staff! I felt safe during my stay. The only complaint is I was woken up at 7am buy the woman next door moaning and groaning for 40 minutes! It was disrespectful and uncomfortable! I had to turn on the TV as loud as possible. I was on the 1st floor and the couple were next door. Nothing to do with the staff at the hotel, but the walls are a little thin. "
