"Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways."

"Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioner is slightly noisy but acceptable. The room is not very sound proof so in the morning you can hear people on the corridor walking and talking. It was also weird that they only allow cash for deposit of borrowing towel, when you already have hold deposit in your room. The staff in the restaurant does not speak English very well, but the staff at reception is helpful."

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. "Excellent staff and very good amenities. The pool and the restaurant are great. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils). "A great location, and loved the room with the extra terrace space. The pool area was great and the food at the bar area was always delicious. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. "Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. "

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"A lovely quiet adults only hotel. Beautiful room that was kept immaculately clean. We didn’t have a chance to use the swimming pool area or restaurant outside of breakfast time, but it looked clean and inviting. Our room was in the main block, we did note that had we been over the road in the rooms facing onto the road it wouldn’t have been as nice - the balconies for those rooms face right onto the road. Breakfast great with a huge selection of food and drink choices. Whilst parking is free there is literally room for about 4/5 cars just round the corner from the hotel, we weren’t ever able to use those spaces but there is a quiet side street just behind the hotel that we used. Wouldn’t recommend Cala D’Or at all (super surprised to find it was not at all like we expected, really poor dining options, overcrowded beaches, full of kids fair rides and bouncy castles) but this hotel is a perfect choice if you are needing to be in the area. "
