Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. "Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"We spent a fantastic 2 weeks at Géraldine & Pierre's accommodation which is exactly as described The appartment is fresh clean and cleverly laid out. It had all the facilities and equipment we needed. The whole place was peaceful and quiet during our stay. We swam every day in the pool at a perfect (for us) 27 degrees, delightful after a day spent exploring the many heritage sites and natural parks of the Manacor area and beyond. Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. "What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had great options and you could order eggs and crepes too. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return again sometime. "

"Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest "
