Traumhafte Lage am Meer
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, hinter der Düne im Kiefernwald gelegen und man ist in 1 Minuten am Wasser. Es ist sehr sauber,gepflegt und es ist Alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad nach Kap Arkona oder zur Fähre nach Wiek um Hiddensee zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei traumhaftem Wetter. Lage direkt am Strand und super ruhig. Einfach zum genießen. Wir kommen wieder.

Jederzeit gern wieder
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Tag am Strand(man muss quasi nur einmal über die Düne),wie auch als Ausgang für eine Radtour über die Insel. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und von der Vermieterin erhält man im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Infos.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Wer etwas Ruhe genießen möchte und den Wald und das Meer liebt ist hier richtig.

Traumhafte Lage
Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und besticht durch seine Lage und Sauberkeit. Man kann das Meer zwar nicht sehen, aber es ist so nah, dass man es hören und riechen kann. In Kombination mit dem tollen Kiefernwald einfach traumhaft. Juliusruh hat einen tollen Sandstrand, der vom Haus aus über einen kleinen Sandweg erreichbar ist.

Natur pur mit vollem Komfort...
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen mit viel Liebe, hochwertig renoviert in traumhafter Lage direkt am Strand im Dünenwäldchen in Juliusruh. Es hat eine Fußbodenheizung über Wärmepumpe, tolles Wohnklima, tolle Terrasse, Spülmaschine, viel Stauraum, tolle sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, tolles Bad, sehr gemütlicher und gut ausgestatteter Wohnessbereich mit TV, Bluetooth Radio und Büchern, bequeme Betten mit Ausblick in das wunderschöne Dünenwäldchen und bei geöffneten Fenster sogar mit Meeresrauschen. Zu unserer Freude ist auch eine unkomplizierte Anreise zu späterer Stunde möglich, da das Ferienhaus mit Schlüsseltresor und Zugangscode ausgestattet ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Das Ferienhaus spielt in der obersten Liga, darum ein winziger Verbesserungsvorschlag, den Urlauber mit Kind glücklich machen würde: Das aller einzige was sich unser Töchterchen noch gewünscht hätte wäre eine Schaukel oder etwas Sandspielzeug, einen Ball und vielleicht zwei, drei Kinderbücher, da wir mit dem Zug angereist waren, hatten wir nicht so viel fürs Kind dabei. Herzlichen Dank für Alles, es war uns eine große Freude Familie Metzner
