"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

"Contacted property manager and Vrbo the day before to enquire about accessing the property. Received no response. Called the owner at 9.15 on the day. He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "Everything was wonderful. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. The house was more lovely than the photos and all the rooms beautifully comfortable. There were thick towels, comfy beds, a welcome basket, everything we would need in the kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds and really kind, thoughtful and easy communications with our hosts. On Friday night when we arrived, sat having drinks in the garden we were lucky enough to see a mother deer and her fawn skipping up the fields behind us. "Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy.
