An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. If you dont speak italian the majority of staff spoke some English but take your translator with you. A beautiful mountain atmosphere gives a good break from the bustling cit of florence.

Das Hotel hat mich an ein Sanatorium erinnert, aber nicht an ein Hotel. An der Ausstattung ist zu erkennen, dass es seine Glanzzeit vor 40 Jahren hatte. Ea ist nicht ungepflegt. Auch sind die Möbel nicht abgenutzt. Aber es wollte sich durch die AtmosphĂ€re eines Sanatoriums kein UrlaubsgefĂŒhl einstellen. Zu erwĂ€hnen ist noch, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war aber das FrĂŒhstĂŒck nicht ĂŒberzeugen konnte (Die Tische waren angeordnet wie in der Schule und das Auswahl sehr ĂŒberschaubar). Wem das alles egal ist, wird hier ein sauberes und gut gefĂŒhrtes Haus finden

Beautiful location next to river and parkland, close to town and access to spa day centre. Hotel is clean, a bit dated, and service is generally good. Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required

HOTEL DA INCUBO

Prenotato per poter usufruire della piscina con i bambini. All'arrivo ci viene comunicato, in modo scortese, che i minori di 18 anni non possono accedere e ci viene pure negato di entrare prima del previsto in camera (non ho avuto l'impressione che l'albergo fosse pieno). Alle 14 prendiamo possesso della camera. Non rinnovata e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Morale della favola, ce ne siamo andati senza pernottare e hanno preteso il pagamento completo. SCONSIGLIATO NEL MODO PIU' ASSOLUTO ! Il significato della parola accoglienza non Ăš conosciuto.

I stayed at the Santoli during the Porretta Soul Festival, which was less than a ten minute walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and spotless. The included continental breakfast had a huge range of options including several locally-made cakes. The only down side was the wi-fi, which was often very slow. Many of my friends stay at the Santoli each year and I can see why.

...sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und hilfsbereite Angestellte. Leider ist das FrĂŒhstĂŒck nicht sehr abwechslungsreich (jeden Tag die gleiche Sorte Schinken und KĂ€se.....bei lĂ€ngerem Aufenthalt schwierig) und der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum ist sehr verbesserungsdĂŒrftig, da gut 40 % der 2-er Tische zur Wand des Raumes ausgerichtet sind und man diese anschaut. Vielleicht wĂ€re ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck im Restaurant oder der Terrasse (im Sommer) möglich? ...fĂŒr kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen

Una bella esperienza

Ho soggiornato una sola notte e devo dire che l'albergo Ăš molto pulito ed accogliente. La colazione Ăš abbondante e d offre prodotti del territorio a km zero di origine bio. Molto cordiali e preparto il personale del ricevimento. La Spa ed il circuito benessere sono ottime e molto pulite.
