"We only stayed one night but really loved this place! Very clean and in a great part of the city. A little bit of a hike up a lot of stairs to get to the castle but fun to hike if you are prepared for that. Really no parking even though it advertises that there is parking nearby. We had to park far away and walk back. Overall we would recommend Villa Marstall if you are ok with walking. "

It is a small boutique hotel that isn’t fancy but it is in great condition, super clean and in a great location near Bismarckplatz, transportation and the Main Street for shopping and dining. "We had the room on the top (5th floor). It had a huge bathroom with a great deep tub (plus a big shower). The room, which was a very spacious, had beautiful exposed beams. It was charming (more so than the other units of the property, which were also nice, just not as charming) and really nicely situated in Heidelberg, two blocks or so from the castle and Christmas markets. If I am ever in Heidelberg again I would certainly stay there! The only downside is there is no elevator and the steps up...
