The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "The property was spacious and comfortable and well located for walking into Sonthofen but also with easy access to the wider area by car. Parking did prove to be more of a problem. Stephan was very clear about exactly where we should park so that two cars would fit in the space outside the apartment but on a number of occasions the people staying in the adjoining apartment disregarded the advice and took up both parking spaces.
