"We had an amazing travel experience at this villa. Giuseppe, the owner, was great and responsive. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. Moreover he invited us for a tour to his olive oil mill, where one of the best Italian olive oil is being produced. "A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
