"We were here for one night. Very clean, neatly organized kitchen, great TV, comfortable bed. The service was outstanding. Our rental car had a dead battery and the manager was so very gracious and helped us. He used his personal car, got out his jumper cables and got our car running! ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. "Small maintenance problem almost every room I booked. My husband and I stayed 805. Didn't use the kitchen sink but was leaking every day. Water was all over on the countertop. Another room 1005 my friend stayed, balcony door has at least a finger wide gap. Wind was hauling some of the nights. These are small maintenance fixing. Easy to fix problems. Otherwise everybody were happy. I booked 5 rooms."

"Food was beyond excellent. The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. My only small disappointment was there was no hot tub. There was a cold tub outside of the gym. I am not sure if that was supposed to be a hot tub and it was just broken or not? Would definitely stay here again. The property is beautiful and well kept. Amazing sunsets every single night. Parking was very easy which was refreshing considering parking elsewhere in Portugal has been difficult. I also liked the location. It wasn't difficult to get to other parts of Algarve. "
