Plummet down the slopes of Alyeska Ski Resort, where runs of varying difficulty come with the promise of panoramic views. The resort, in the middle of Chugach State Park, provides thrilling skiing and snowboarding in winter, with 76 named trails to enjoy. Ride the Alyeska Aerial Tram to the top of the mountain for a scenic journey through Chugach State Park. Bring binoculars and try to spot moose and bears. Hike along the North Face Trail or follow the Winner Creek Trail for a less demanding route through the forest. Alyeska Bike Park offers activities for those who want to travel on two wheels.
