We are registered with the City of Canyon. The house is clean, bright and spacious with sky lights and lots of windows. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the temperature comfortable. The house features two full bathrooms. The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage. The backyard is private with a large covered brick patio.

Delightful
Due to our home undergoing renovation, we need a place to stay for several weeks. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The layout of the home worked so well for us, lots of natural light, convenient to town, WTAMU, the museum and to Palo Duro Canyon. As a bonus, delicious chocolate chip bread was waiting upon arrival!

What a gem!
We stayed here for 3 days while attending my stepdaughter's WTAMU graduation. The house was so charming and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, directly across from First United Bank Center. Will stay here again on our next trip to Canyon!

Best place to stay for WT graduation
I loved this house! It was perfect for my family for my daughter's graduation from WTAMU. We walked to the auditorium! That sure beat the 20-30 minutes trying to navigate the parking lot. The house is self is very cute and welcoming. It has everything you need and I love the floorplan. I highly recommend this home.

Plenty of room for my family (6 adults). Loved the house layout! Host even left us a loaf of dessert bread for our arrival. Also there was plenty of cookware and even some condiments and coffee in the cupboard. The very best place we have stayed at. The price was less than hotel.

Hiking trip
The house was beautiful and comfortable. We were welcomed with a cute small loaf of banana bread which was delicious. The location of the house was very conveniently located right next to the road leading to Palo Duro Canyon State park in one direction and the museum the other. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, location, and hosts!
We stayed 9 days, including WTAMU graduation weekend, and the house was perfect for our needs! It was clean, well stocked with the essentials, and right across the street from the graduation ceremony. The hosts allowed us early check-in and even supplied extra seating for our family gathering. Wish we had found this gem sooner during our son's stay at WTAMU!

NIce home as advertised
We enjoyed our stay at 93 Valleyview. Home was clean and well furnished with a nice patio area. Only nitpick is nearby road which can result in some traffic sounds in one bedroom, but this was not a problem for us even though we are light sleepers. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were a great feature.

Lovely home near Palo Duro
We absolutely loved this home. We came to Canyon to spend a weekend at Palo Duro. The home is immaculate and very well cared for with new bedding, linens, carpeting, and hardwoods. It’s one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. The owner left her number in case we needed anything. Huge bonus having the garage to park in! We’ll be back for sure!

Felt like home.
The property is well maintained, clean, and convenient to the places that we were interested in visiting. Joe and Pam are excellent hosts and great communicators. We have used this property the last 3 times that we have visited Canyon and look forward to booking with them again next year. The garage has a ping pong table and my friends were up late into the night enjoying some epic table tennis battles. When we arrived the first day, Pam had a delicious banana nut bread waiting for us. We are looking forward to coming back.

Quick trip to visit friends
The property owners made out stay very easy. My only comment would be pillows. I have a sensitive neck and usually bring my own pillow. I forgot to do so. The one I used was too high for me. So others might think about bringing their own pillow. Personal preference. But the house was very comfortable and clean.

Exceptional find in Canyon, TX
Highly recommend! If ever coming to Canyon, TX will definitely be staying here. House is incredibly clean and so well-appointed! It is quite large with plenty of space for several adults. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Large table in kitchen perfect for meals or game night! There is even a ping-pong table in garage! Washer and dryer in unit are perfect for longer stays. Everything is labeled so you know which light switch does what. Incredibly responsive hosts. HIGHLY recommend.

Everything was fine. The price was what drew me to the property so I wasn’t expecting a terrific location. Issues - 1. bed throw on back bedroom bed had recent soiled spot that should have been cleaned prior to our arrival 2. It would be nice to note that the jacuzzi tub doesn’t work up front so there wouldn’t be any disappointment when trying to use it. 3. Street noise at night
