The temazcal is super over price. The price for 1 or 2 guest is súper expensive and more for the area, tepoztlan and amatlan is famous for temazcal and the service in the hotel is the same. The hotel should consider a more fair price so guests can schedule more than 1 temazcal during stay.

Not happy that when we arrived the AC at my room did not work properly and the drapes at the room were loose. Also for a place to claim to be holistic the restaurant menu did not match the concept

WOW! This was a wonderful transformative retreat for my 33rd birthday. We had a real shaman in the Temazcal. 3 days and 3 nights of no cell service and no wifi. We left feeling reborn with new skin and new minds. Revitalized Souls. Thank you very much to the Mountains, the land, our Shaman Andres, the vibe and environment of the resort and OF COURSE last but not least, the two cats. we named them Milo (black cat) and Sissy (the white cat). Blessings to you all and we wish every new person coming here a wonderful transformative experience. TURN OFF YOUR PHONES!

En general muy bien, es un lugar para descansar, pero fatal que prendieron una bomba de agua toda la noche y no dejaron dormir, no cuidan el descanso de las personas , se supone que es un lugar Para descansar y toda la maldita noche estuvo soñando una bomba de agua. Es una falta de consideración siendo un lugar que se promueve por ir a descansar.

Descuido de hotel

No es la primera vez que me hospedo y ahora si prefiero escribir la reseña. La primera habitación que me dieron estaba muy descuidada, el escusado tapado? Las cortinas no servían bien, el estractor del baño sonaba muchísimo, la cama rechinaba al moverse, las lámparas no se pudieron apagar desde la cama. Al día siguiente me cambiaron de habitación y no servían los focos de varias lámparas, me dejaron sin tapete y toalla de manos, me prometieron batas y nunca llegaron, el escusado no jalaba bien y nunca me llevaron lo que faltaba. Por esta app avisé que iba en viaje de luna de miel y no hubo ninguna consideración para cambio de camas a una king size. Las camas de la piscina de piedra están ya muy usada y no están cómodas. Creo que están descuidando mucho su hotel y es una pena.
