"Purdy Lodge is in the perfect location for visiting Bamburgh Castle, Seahouses, Alnwick and Edinburgh. The food is excellent. I thoroughly recommend the burger! Breakfast is lovely. Everything seems to be freshly prepared and cooked. The staff are really lovely and friendly. Always a nice smile and welcome. My son and I stayed here during February, half-term week. The room was clean, beds comfy, lovely view, tonnes of hot water. We will certainly stay here again :-) Thank you for making us feel so welcome."
